Theory of a Deadman’s latest single “Bad Girlfriend” is now the number one single at Active Rock Radio, making the track the second number one single from the band’s latest release ‘Scars & Souvenirs‘.

After two failed record deals, Seven Wiser have decided to call it quits. The bands latest album ‘Stronger‘, was never officially released, can be purchased on their MySpace page via SnoCap.

Front-man Jon Santos will begin work on a new solo album which is expected to include tracks from ‘Stronger‘ later this year.

Charm City Devils, formerly Forty Acres, have signed on with Eleven Seven Music for the release of their as-yet-untitled new album. A release is expected early next year. Audio is available on MySpace.

Bury Your Dead have parted ways with guitarist Eric Ellis due to personality differences and medical reasons. Chris Towning, formerly of Too Pure To Die, will join the band as their new guitarist.

deepfield will begin work on the follow-up to their 2007 debut ‘Archetypes and Repetition‘ in September. No word on a possible release date.

The Autumn Offering will kick off a month long tour with Mushroomhead on October 3rd in Findlay, OH. The band also has a few headlining dates scheduled in November. Recording of their new studio album will begin on December 3rd with producer Logan Mader (Calvalera Conspiracy, Divine Hersey). An early 2009 release is expected.

Former TuneLab Music Featured Band Art of Dying have announced that they are in the studio recording the follow up to their debut album and are eying a March 2009 release. A new acoustic album titled ‘Five Days At Rock Beach‘ is also due out in 2009 along with a DVD this Fall.
