All Charges Dropped Against Saving Abel Guitarist

Saving Abel guitarist Jason Null and another individual associated with the band, who last week were charged with sexual assault in Oakland, CA, had all charges against them dropped today. They had been accused by a 17-year-old Central Valley girl of luring her onto their tour bus with promises to put her in a music video, and then forcing her to perform oral sex on them. Defense attorneys were able to provide a videotape of the entire time period the girl was on the bus, as well as the alleged incident to the District Attorney’s office, and after reviewing it, prosecutors said the girl’s story was too suspect to take to court.

Assistant DA Tom Rogers stated: “The video contradicts her account of what happened. Among some of the things video shows, is that she led the people on the bus to believe she was older than she really was, told them she had graduated from high school. The video also shows, no force was used when she committed the sex act. Nor does it show Null forcing her head down to the exposed genital area, as she had said.”

“Genital area..” That’s great!

haha I didn’t expect the explanation to go into that much detail…

I was looking forward to a little more explanation once it got going. All these technical terms are just a fuckin tease!

I was looking forward to a little more explanation once it got going. All these technical terms are just an effin tease!

I am born and raised out of the Central Valley, shame that the first mention of it is affiliated with this broad.

Well I am glad to hear the charges were dropped. there are always 2 sides to a story. Yes, many times girls get taken advantage of, but other times girls are the ones taking advantage of guys.

Saw that one coming.

Figuressss

Hey secondguess….thats what SHE said

I know Null’s case would get ditched, due to the age of consent issue and what technicality the girl would have which would contradict because it’s another scenario about lying about one’s age (Age of consent in California is 18).

Buckcherry’s case is similar, except no verification papers were involved. This should teach what the rest of Saving Abel should avoid despite the excess and success of their S/T debut has proven.

They would have a videotape of this…

hahaha, NICE Jason.

You know, I feel kind of sorry for the guys cause the whole DA office has now seen them getting blown. That’s gotta be embarassing.

I gotta also say, I’m not a supporter of sleazy behavior, and I think this qualifies, but I’m glad it was proven they weren’t f***sticks. She was just a cheap *ss ho.

lol, still a 17 year old took a shot in the mouth.

I guess the little whore realized she wasn’t going to get any money.

I’m so addicted to…all the things you do…when you’re going down on me….in the back of our tour bus…

guys guys….whores are people too. kinda.

mattersfool, my drummer was singing the same tune yesterday at rehearsal haha.

haha I can’t believe she actually though she’d get away with this with a video tape present…

Moral of the story… Always have a video camera when getting oral.

will as i stated before i could careless but why wouldn;t the be getting in trouble for video taping a minor.would that be considered child porn of somthing.due to her age and if the video tape her without her knowing that legal in less the did lure her on the bus saying their were going to out her in a musicvideo so they could tape her by having her sigh pappers i know man either way this is wrong.

^ ^ ^ ^
A) I presume these were security cameras that caught this.
B) From the statement, she lied about her age, putting her at fault, just like the Buckcherry incident

While that’s a possibility as it didn’t go in to detail.
It doesn’t that matter she lied about her age its ilegal to record somebody against their knowledge.it doesn’t matter if she was 36.so I can still see additional charges being filed. But whatever it’s over and done with. For now

Actually no, I believe it’s only illegal to record someone and then make a profit from that recording without their knowledge.

Otherwise, hidden security cameras would be illegal.
