The TuneLab interview with Burning Borders frontman Brian Reed is now online and you can listen to it at this location. We talked about the album ‘Yesterday’s Gone’ (listen), about your thoughts on the album, and we asked him questions from TuneLab members submitted via the message board.

holy canadian eh? ahaha good interview jay
Jay, your voice scares me. Its very deep.
Great interview, you got a lot of info out of him.
Good interview. I like when people are down to earth like that as opposed listening to themselves talk.
Thanks for that interview Jay. I really enjoyed it. I wasn’t expecting him to answer my question so thanks for that :p
I truly believe that Vancouver’s got it going on right now. The great thing about that scene is that there are so many bands there, but you can differentiate between all of them. Like Art of Dying doesn’t sound like Burning Borders and Burning Borders doesn’t sound like The Veer Union and The Veer Union doesn’t really sound like Jet Black Stare. That’s another reason why that area is such a hot spot.
who ends an interview with cheers? lol
Us canadaians do because we’re “cheery” lol. But yeah another great vancouver band to check out is Incura. They don’t sound like ANYONE! It’s like Coheed & Cambria meets alternative metal. Also check out, Southern Death Threat and Kill Rhythm (who are now broken up).
