I love that song. Thanks for posting this.
I tell you, some people don’t like Slipknot as a band but you cannot deny their talent.
I’ve always hated the mask wearing crap they’ve always done. Great song though.
I dont like Slipknot all that much (I really hate those stupid masks) but I love this song. I wish they had more songs like this one.
I have heard the band say a million times that they hate the masks and wish they didnt have to wear them but no doubt they are contractually obligated to wear them. They have always had the ability to write great songs, whether its really heavy stuff or softer stuff
Worst song ever
I loved their 2 first albums but this is not them anymore. R.I.P.
I love Slipknot and Stone Sour. Their musical growth is cool to watch. It’s time to put an end to the prepubescent clown act.
Corey needs to find a way to separate Slipknot from Stone Sour. Don’t get me wrong, I like Corey’s screaming, it’s just when he does it in Stone Sour it sounds like a Slipknot song. He needs to stick to the “Through Glass”, “Silly World”, “Zzyzx Rd.”, and “Bother” type songs with Stone Sour.
Yeah, it might be a problem for the bands, but not for the fans. The more music they pump out the more I like it.
Yeah, I don;t know how you can like the older albums and not the newer ones. They got catchier, and more aggressive, and more complex. It’s just one of those things I guess.
Is Stone Sour coming out with anything new anytime soon?
Yeah, I think they wrote a cookbook.
I believe spring of 2010 is when they are planning their next album.
i really dont see the point of a bunch of (almost) forty year old dudes wearing masks..thats just silly, and as their music evolves more evident this turns out
they make great music though
A cookbook?…comic gold sometimes fly, comic gold. I hope you don’t think most of these guys are 40. Corey Taylor is like mid 20′s, and most of the other guys are early 30s. I think. maybe I’m wrong.
Dale, you gotta admit, it’s time to lose the corny clown act.
Corey will be 36 at the end of this year..at least is what i found on wikipedia, so..time to leave that silly mask behind i think.
I love Slipknot and I’ve never cared much for the masks myself either but; I gotta pose the question…if they were to take off the masks one day, would they be hailed for it or would the majority of their fans demand them back? Would it be sort of like when Kiss took off the make-up? Or like when Metallica cut their hair? lol. I think the public’s reaction to it would be very interesting to see. I love these guys and would listen to them masks or no masks but what would the majority of the masses say I wonder?
Marissa, they need to lose it. They started out very Kiss like, but have grown so much musically that it’s time to move on. Most of their core fans have grown with them and are pretty much out of the slasher/clown stage of life.
