Art of Dying have signed a US record deal with Reprise/Intoxication Records, the label formed in 2004 by Disturbed’s David Draiman and Dan Donegan. The group is currently wrapping up recording of their new record with producer Howard Benson (Adema, Theory of a Deadman). A release date for the effort has yet to be set.

This is excellent. I got this email from them earlier today too. I hope they grow like they should have been doing because the debut album was great.
And I know these guys are tight w/ Disturbed for a while, hard to believe it’s taken this long for them to have a US album, looooong overdue, maybe even too late
Who cares? It’s new music. That’s all we need.
Their s/t Canadian release is an album that I still enjoy listening to. I can’t wait to hear more. This is great news
Awesome news; their debut album is a great disc and I’m sure once they get some more airtime they’ll boom. “Car Crash” and “Alone” were great songs.
