The best part of that interview was how awkward it felt watching it. It almost seemed like you were both trying to avoid looking at each other. Funny stuff.
Otherwise, good job.
Was it that awkward? We had been talking beforehand, then when we stopped and started the actual interview it seemed a little rigid, and then when it was over it was a completely back to normal for the rest of the time we were there. Maybe it was rigid because we were both like “alright, time to get serious for a second.”
Yeah, probably. It wasn’t that awkward, but it was enough that I noticed. But I think all your interviews are like that.
lol thats funny. i noticed that too hahaha im actually laughing about that. it was a great interview though. good job!
Hmmm… Maybe that’s just how I am so it seems normal to me. Ah well.
Good Stuff. Keep it up
There wasn’t anything “awkward” about this interview.
As someone that occasionally does these types of interviews as well, I can’t stress enough how difficult it is to go from just talking then to do a serious interview. This interview is better than 99% of the other video interviews online.
This is my first time commenting on this site, but I visit daily. The “awkward” comment compelled me to post.
Great, non-awkward interview, man.
Play Tits on A Boar on the Carnival tour!
Good Interview
Yeah I wouldn’t say it felt awkward per say, just had that “let’s switch from casual chatting to a serious interview feel” that most all video interviews seem to have. Nice interview Jay, thanks for asking my question.
Glad to hear LJ enjoyed the solo work and would like to do more, would love to hear him do some tracks in some different styles.

Haha…I thought this was a good interview. I love Lajon, he’s such a nice guy. I don’t think it was awkward but your eyes were hurting me because they looked like they were hurting you. lol
I don’t even realize I do it anymore until I see it on camera. My eyes have some issue where the oil-water ratio they produce is off and since there’s not enough oil they get dry spots and I blink really hard. Makes me look like some sort of weirdo.
I lol’d when Lajon said, “How did you know that?” and you said, “They posted it online” and Lajon was like, “Really?” HAHA!!
