I love this song so muchhhh, can’t wait for the album. It’s getting closer! haha and sweet video too.
I liked the nods to past vids (big eyes, tarantulas, etc) and the ending seemed rather fitting.
i remember the big eyes… what video were they from again? it’s been such a long time!
lovin’ the video and the song. I can’t wait for my nightmare!
Bat Country with the dude who looked like Rodney Dangerfield
that’s right. i knew it was something from city of evil i just didn’t remember what song.
i too liek the nods to past vids. and i’m looking forward to the record after they lost me a bit wiht the s/t record. I love the end, with the empty drumset tribute to REV.
Very good video. Really good throwbacks to the Rev in it. Drumset in pieces in one of the rooms, spiders crawling on it, which if I remember from the Making Of for Afterlife, was one of his biggest phobias. Ending was fitting, Emerald, I’ll agree to that.
Old people and little kids are two of the scariest things in the proper context. Very appropriate for a song called “Nightmare.”
Great video, and agree with everybody on the ending. What wasn’t great was MTV being douchers and cutting out the word “trigger”. Really? They still do that kind of stuff?
you can pretty much say any wurse words besides fuck on tv now.. and show boobs with just the nipple blurred.. so you still get the same affect as seeing a boob basically… but ooohh not not trigger… that way to hardcore for tv haha i laughed when i heard that.. or i guess didn’t hear it what a joke.. mtv = fail
This album is surely one to not disappoint. The anticipation is just so unreal in here.
an uncensored version will be coming shortly
You don’t even know David. You only assume.
oh I know. they even said on their FB that uncensored version is coming tonight
David’s right. They posted a message on Facebook.
“We feel horrible that some fans outside of the US are unable to watch the video for Nightmare online. We understand your frustration and share it. We had no idea the version of the video posted online would be edited, or blocked in certain countries.
Every fan is equally important to us no matter where you are in the world. We’ve been promised the right version of the video will be posted later tonight for everyone around the world.”
I think David is right.
That has to be one of the best videos I have ever seen, due to the little things they threw in there…Anyone catch the Afterlife reference with the skeleton dancing?
Yes, false information there.
I noticed that he was dancing with the skeleton. Nobody even caught that but me?
See above, dumbass
uh oh, he called you a name. now it’s serious business. but why so serious? we have to put a smile on that face!
How rude of some people
I love the video as well. I’m glad they did a tribute to The rev. I too, caught the Afterlife, and Bat Country references.
That video seems to have aired on MTV, but I am pretty sure everyone knows that the last thing MTV will show is music or anything related. C’mon, where did this really come from?
a7x is huge to mtv actually. its kinda weird.
good song good video
Hey guys, the uncensored version is up. it’s on A7X’s youtube page
