Following in the footsteps of Radiohead and Nine Inch Nails, Freestate are taking a slightly different approach in offering their album ‘Surrender’ for free online. Rather than releasing the album all at once, the band is offering the album track-by-track on a weekly basis. Once you sign up, you will receive two tracks off the album per week, until the entire 12 tracks have been sent out.

Live Going On Two Year Hiatus

Live have announced that they are taking a two year hiatus, but made it clear that the band is not breaking up. Front-man Ed Kowalczyk has launched his own website, eddieklive.com and is reportedly working on his first solo album.

The band have four remaining tour dates scheduled in July before their hiatus.
